How to Refer Clients to APS

Wills & LPAs Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral – Complete the referral form (available below).
2. Associate Assignment – APS will receive the referral and allocate a suitable associate.
3. Client Consultation – The associate will contact the client to arrange a virtual or face-to-face meeting at a convenient time. If the client proceeds, they will pay 50% of the fees at this stage.
4. Document Drafting – APS’s legal team will draft the required documents, all covered under our Professional Indemnity Insurance.
5. Client Review – Draft documents will be sent to the client for review and approval before final printing.
6. Document Signing – Once approved, the remaining fees are due, and the final documents are printed and sent to the client for signing.
7. Referral Commission – Upon case completion, a referral commission based on a percentage of the total fee is paid to the referrer.

Probate Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral – Complete the referral form (available below).
2. Associate Assignment – APS will receive the referral and allocate a suitable associate.
3. Client Consultation – The associate will contact the client to arrange a meeting to discuss the estate and complete the initial paperwork.
4. Bespoke Quote – APS’s probate team will assess the estate and provide a tailored quote.
5. Case Management – Once the quote is approved, APS’s probate team will manage the estate through to completion, with a dedicated case manager overseeing the process.
6. Referral Commission – Upon case completion, a referral commission based on a percentage of the total fee is paid to the referrer.
